Obtained results - international experience of exploration and exploitation of unconventional natural hydrocarbons deposits with low permeable reservoirs are summarized. Using 3D hydrodynamic modeling feasibility study for optimization of the development of different profile wells with interval hydraulic fracturing in order to choose the quantity, location and spatial profile of horizontal and inclined bores and hydraulic fracturing cracks, considering technical, technological and economic efficiency, was conducted. According to the results of experimental studies the optimal pressure value at the start of non-hydrocarbon displaced agents pumping in compacted sandstones in order to intensify the natural gas stripping was proved and physical laws of motion-stripping adsorption processes in compacted sandstone were established. The equation of material balance in the development of natural gas deposits taking into account the adsorption-stripping processes. The scientific basis directed (horizontal) wells construction was systematized and summarized. Based on these data, the specifics of the drill string in the borehole operation in the construction of horizontal (directed) wells was investigated, the effect of well profile settings on the modes of washing were estimated. The new high-tech technology to strengthen the surface layers using pulsed gas thermal-cyclic vacuum ion-plasma nitriding was presented, the structures of the some tools and their technologies, protected with patents, were developed. According to the results of experimental studies the impact vibration loads parameters and surfactant concentration influence on performance models of rock strength were specified. The model of choosing the optimal composition of surfactants in the formulations of the technological drilling fluids for opening low permeable productive reservoirs was developed.
