It is shown, that durability of the radiation sewing is in proportion to the concentration of hydrogel solution .The irradiation doses for hydrogels sewing are educed. Methodology allowing to get star-shaped graft-polymers and copolymers containing dextrane, which have high molecular mass and low polydispersity is developed. It is shown that their compactness and conformation depend on distance between the grafts. The temperatures of their conformation transitions are determined. The increase of photoconductivity is found at the increase of number " of rays" in film composites basing of the branched carbazole containing oligomers.Holographic recording mediums basing on new oligomers are created for measuring of the refractive index of the substances in random aggregate state. The negative photococonductivity in film composites basing on polyvinyl butyral is found. The biological activity of micellar compositions with melanin and silver nanoparticles at wound healing in rats demonstrate the greatest rate of healing when using metal "nanoantibiotics".
