Purpose - to determine the mechanisms of preventive and therapeutic action of probiotics in conditions of obesity hypothalamic origins by studying the flora of the colon and experimentally prove the feasibility of probiotic strains to prevent diseases of the digestive tract, associated with obesity. Methods - microbiological, biochemical, physiological, statistics. Feeding mice a diet enriched in fat was accompanied by an increase in the total number of microbes and changing range of microbiota of intestinal contents. It is shown that in mice that received a diet enriched in fat, increased levels of total, free and efirnozv'yazanoho cholesterol in serum; also found a decrease in the index of esterification of 21 days compared with intact mice. The concentration of serum free and total cholesterol and efirnozv'yazanoho mice in this group remained at a high level for the next 30 days, when they were treated with normal diet. In the model of obesity in mice BALB / c it is shown that under the influence of L. casei IMV B-7280, L. delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus IMV B-7281, B. animalis VKB, B. animalis VKL in monoculture or two songs probiotic B. animalis VKB / B. animalis VKL / L. casei IMV B-7280 and B. animalis VKB / B. animalis VKL animals reduced weight and size of the appendage, which was associated with lower cholesterol, glucose and tumor necrosis factor? serum and partial normalization of intestinal microbiota content and activity of phagocytic cells system. Reduction of serum total and free cholesterol by simultaneously raising efirnozv'yazanoho cholesterol ratio and esterification was effective in mice with obesity treated with L. casei IMV B-7280, L.delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus IMO-7281 in a composition or probiotic B. animalis VKB / B. animalis VKL / L. casei IMV B-7280. Morphological structure of the liver of mice with obesity Restored under the influence of composition B. animalis VKB / B. animalis VKL / L. casei IMV B-7280, which was confirmed by the absence in the body of degenerative changes in the form of necrosis and fatty degeneration of hepatocytes, and hemorrhage. The dynamics of the gut microbiota changes spectrum white laboratory rats Wistar, which were reproduced model of glutamate-induced obesity. Product Description popup.authors І.Ю. Прибитько В.В.
