As chalcogenides components of systems are used binary and complex (of chalcospinel type) compounds. In the specified systems there is an interaction in the conditions of high temperatures and deep vacuum to formation of the new compounds possessing higher volatility in comparison with initial components. It makes possible to carry out thermal evaporation in softer technological conditions that does process more operated and economic. As vapor composition over systems Germanium-chalcogenide differs from composition of initial systems, the last are named CVD ("Chemical Vapor Deposition")-composites. At vapor condensation on a substrate are formed X-ray amorphous coatings, obviously, representing themselves nano-composites. Formation of nano-composites predetermines high optical and operational properties of coatings from CVD - composites. It is shown that mechanical durability of the coatings received from systems Germanium-chalcogenide of metal, considerably exceeds that for each of components, reaching values from 4000 to 20000 rotations (that are considerable above standards of group 0, that is 3500 rotations) even for systems with "soft" materials (ZnSe, Sb2S3, In2Se3, etc.). Coatings are characterized by high values of a refractive index (2.9-3.7) and a transparency in IR areas (700 nanometers and more) that makes the investigated systems as perspective materials for interference optics of an interval of a spectrum.
