Granulate with usage of four proposed compositions of excipients, videlicet: lactose monohydrate, mannitol, Povidone K-17; lactose monohydrate, mannitol, caramelose; calcium citrate, starch; calcium citrate, gelatine completely maintains its physical, chemical and mechanical properties during 2 years in hermetically packed state at 0-4 ° C. The antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory action of preparation at the experimental gingivitis and stomatitis was studied. It was shown, that the proposed composition in which an enzyme is combined with quercetin and gelatin, increases in the buccal mucosa lysozyme level 2,2-fold more, than the reference-preparation "Lizak", for which partly promotes enzyme immobilization. A similar character of changes is observed for antioxidative-prooxidative index: under the action of lysozyme-containing composition increases it's value increases 1,7-fold, comparing with "Lizak" praparation. The most prospective compositions were transferred to the SI "Institute of Dentistry and Oral Surgery NAMS of Ukraine" for the instillation on the SPA "Odessa biotechnology."
