It was found that women with cervical disease have a high percentage of hyperandrogenism (at 46,25 %) and luteal phase deficiency (at 32,50 %), rarely - hiperestrohenia (at 11,25 %). At the same time it was proved that there is no relationship between the development and progression of pathological processes of the cervix and level of antymuller hormone. It was found that among the etiological factors of cervical diseases the leading place belongs to family of herpes viruses (herpes simplex virus type ? - 41,25 %, cytomegalovirus - 38,75 %, Epstein-Barr virus - 25,00 %), also to human papilloma virus - 38,75 % and to sexually transmitted infections (Chlamydia trachomatis - 12,5 %, Ureaplasma spp - 58,75 %, Mycoplasma genitalium - 2,5 %). Evaluation of apoptosis in patients with pathological processes of cervix and endocrine disorders possible to establish low apoptosis index and high index necrosis in these patients. Thus, apoptosis index - below 19.28 %, and the index of necrosis above 238 % may be predictors of demonstrations of deep destructive processes of cervicx and have a poor prognosis on epithelialization of the cervix. Therefore, these data detection threshold urgent need active treatment. Due to the developed complex of treatment we have achived the elimination of the causative agent of the disease in 90,00 %, normalizing of local immunity in 75,00 %, increasing of apoptosis index at 41,47 % and reducing the index of necrosis at 51,07 %.In 50,00 % of women ovulatory menstrual cycle was restored and epithelialization process of cervix was promoted in 90,00 % . The developed complex of treatment prevents the relapce of disease in 97,50 %.
