These parameters correspond to the best world standards. The studies on optimization of the plasma chemical reactor for ozone synthesis were carried out. The optimal size of the plasma chemical reactors for ozone synthesis, as well as the optimal constant bias voltage across the discharge gap in the intervals between the high-voltage pulses was determined.
