Angular distributions of tritons approximately for 110 excitation which were observed in spectra up to 2.5 МeВ were measured. Comparison of experimental angular distributions with calculated by means of program CHUCK3 has allowed to define spin 0+ for 17 wave states. For other states has been defined spin 6+. The sequence of the exсited states 228Th which were observed in 230Th(p, t)228Th reactions were studied. They are interpreted as rotary strips and as multiplet of excitations. From these sequences there were defined moments of inertia. Their values confirm two-fonon nature of the majority 0+ excitations. Experimental data were compared to results of calculations performed with co-operating bosons method and quasi-particle-fonon models. It has allowed to draw conclusions concerning the nature of 0+ states in 228Th. In (p, t) reactions nucleas 232U were exited. By means of Q3D spectrograf their gamma spectra were studied. Angular distributions of tritons for 162 exсitation which are observed up to 3.25 MeV have been studied. For 13 excited states have been identified 0+ states by comparison of experimental data with CHUCK3 calculated. For the other states spin 6+ have been defined. Experimental data on angular distribution of tritons detected for nucleus 232U have been analysed with approach of the connected channels. Sequences of states have been allocated and were interpreted as rotary strips. From these sequences there were certain moments of inertia. Their values confirm the two- or one- fonon nature 0+ excites. Comparison of experimental values and calculated with co-operating bosons (IBM) and kvazichastichno-fononnoj (QPM) models is spent. The comparative analysis of some 0+ states which were observed in the excited deformed nucleus of actinide isotopes in a range 0 – 3 МЕВ is carried out. The kind of angular distribution depends on features of structure of individual states and a transitive configuration a little. To the typical scheme of return dispersion the monitor-breaker of the accelerated ions bunch is added. Procedure of measurement of a thickness is reduced now to a set of two spectra. One spectrum turns out for an investigated target, and the second – for a target which simulates a thick substrate. Identical expositions at a set of both spectra are provided with the monitor-breaker. By methods of quantum chemistry it was modelled anion radiation defect in an alpha-L-alanine with a claster approach. Structures of clasters that allow to reproduce in calculation most precisely geometry of radicals and distribution of spin density on defect in its different conditions are established. Minima on a hypersurface of potential energy claster for the stable and intermediate form of a radical are found. For the purpose of search of experimental acknowledgement of a hypothesis about existence of an isomeric state 12+ in the excited nuclei of an platinum isotope 194Рt the equipment on cyclotron У-120 is prepared and tested. The necessary software is developed for management of electronics of installation and processing of results. Two series of experiments are spent. The purpose is not reached. In this connection, the new scheme of experiment which is based on a difference in life time of electronic covers excitation depending on the mechanism which has led to their excitation is developed.
