Objective: to calculate the mathematical and statistical models that reflect the laws of manifestation quantitative agronomic traits between parent components of vegetable plant species and their hybrids derived from F1 to develop an efficient algorithm for constructing a system of nonlinear regression equations based on planning matrix of full factorial experiment (FFE) of 3 th order. As a result of researches the algorithm of construction planning matrix full factorial design 3rd order taking into account the random variation of 3 factors-arguments was created. A modified algorithm for selecting of intervals of varying of factor's values was created in accordance with their random variation, instead of asking the active experimenter as it provides the basic method of forming the initial data on the plan FFE 3rd order. Mathematical models for the forecasting of heterosis effect in hybrids F1 based on biochemical characteristics were created for the best breeding of parent form of tomato and sweet pepper for their involvement in the process of hybridization.
