Information × Registration Number 0217U002179, 0113U008441 , R & D reports Title Development of scientific basis, methods and tools for the creation of a new system of automated control of power system load with using quick-acting consumer-regulators. popup.stage_title Head Bilodid V.D., Registration Date 25-01-2017 Organization Institute of general energy National Academy of sciens of Ukraine popup.description2 There is developed the methodology of the organization of PS load automated control, which takes into account the performance features of electric heat-generators (EHG) on the basis of heat pumps and electric boilers, as well as restrictions on the accumulation of heat in heat networks; there are developed the principles of mathematical simulation of the interconnected operation of PS generation capacities and EHG as CLS located in district heating systems (DHS) of cities, which combine two or more previously independent systems (electricity and heat supply); there are developed the new mathematical equations that describe the main technical and economic performance and maneuverability of combined heat and power plant (CHP) with heat pumps on the basis of the use of the heat of flue gas from boiler units of CHP, thermal power plants (TPP), and heating boiler houses, and differ from the known ones by taking into account the operation modes of CHP main equipment; a new mathematical model of heat accumulation in the existing DHS main networks, which takes the construction of main heating networks into account, is developed; the models for calculation of maximum possible amounts of the proposed load control systems for the installation, particularly in the Ukrainian CHPs, TPPs, and nuclear power plants, taking the existing heating loads of them into account, are developed; the possibility for electric load schedule compression using EHG as CLS with the complete elimination of night dips is shown on the examples of existing schedules of UES Ukraine for different periods of the year and days of the week (working days and weekends).
