The use of renewable raw materials and metal- inorganic modifiers promotes, in comparison with a matrix, the increasing of adhesive and cohesive properties of materials in 1,2-2 times, moreover, it allows to increase an efficiency, environmental safety of manufacture and ensures long-term comprehensive protection of materials, constructions and objects of infrastructure from destructive action of anthropogenic (a)biotic factors and guarantees their reliable, prolonged exploitation.
