The aim of work is classification of modern problems of value estimation of influence on the results of enterprise activity; studying of indexes of the modern state of innovation activity of Ukrainian industrial enterprises and mathematical modelling of dependence of value indexes on the dynamics of innovation activity of enterprises, revealing the stage interconnection between the mentioned above variables. Research methods: method of logical generalization, system-structural analysis, method of comparison, graphic method. Research results: perfection of the methodological supplying of the value-orienred management of the innovation activity of enterprises, that promotes of the rising of their activity under the modern conditions of economic management . Research novelty: it was improved the theoretical and methodological basis of definition of the innovation influence on the cost of enterprise based on resource approach, which in contrast to existing, presupposes the estimation of the complex action of the definite innovations of different kinds of industrial resources and consequent rise of cost of enterprise.
