The subject is a system of law enforcement agencies in the sphere of protection of the financial and economic security of Ukraine. Methods: an application of systematic-structural method allowed to examine the features of the financial system of Ukraine. By means of the formal-logical method was studied and improved the terminological apparatus of investigated problems, provided the suggestions for further development of the institutions of administrative and criminal law in Ukraine. The method of observation allowed to analyze the main problems and ways of optimization of the law enforcement system of Ukraine to meet the needs of modern society. The practical significance of the results is that they constitute the both scientific, theoretical and practical interest: in the scientific research field - the main provisions and conclusions of the work can be the basis for further optimization of the provisions of administrative and criminal law and resolving issues that arise in the operation of financial system of Ukraine; in law making - a result of research formulated the number of proposals for amendments and additions to legislative acts; in the educational process - the materials of research work can be used in the course of classes on subjects: "Criminal Law", "Criminal Procedural Law", "Organization of the judicial and law enforcement authorities", "Administrative Law".
