Research methods: system and structural analysis, comparative analysis and method of logical generalization, forecasting method. Result of the research is the development of instruments for formation and realization of tax mechanisms of ecological regulation of processes of bioinnovations use that promotes the environmental and economic safety when using bioinnovative products in production and consumption. Novelty of results: scientific and methodical approaches to tax regulation of processes of bioinnovations use in view of the environmental pressure on the environment are improved; indicators of assessment of an environmental pressure when using bioinnovations are developed, and selection system for economic instruments of ecological regulation of processes for bioinnovations use in production and consumption is improved.
