Rusanov, Доктор технічних наук Registration Date 31-01-2017 Organization A. Podgorny's Institute of Mechanical Engeneering Problems of the National Academy of Science of Ukraine popup.description2 The 3D design of high performance flow part of the standard axial-radial compressor of low-temperature turbo expanding assemblies of gas processing unit to transportation is developed. The new analytical method of task is offered spatial axial-radial wheels with complex lean of leading and trailing edges. By means of the presented method a new is developed model axial-radial wheel for the compressors of turbo expanding with the coefficients of expense in a range from 0,03 to 0,06. In a difference from an existent model wheel in a new construction considerably more favorable structure of flow tearing away of stream are practically absent in that provides the high level of aerodynamic perfection in all range of the modes of exploitation of the developed compressor. Flow part of new wheel excels a prototype on efficiency in all range of modes of behavior, including in a settlement point more than for 6%. The received results can be applied in serial the turbo expanding of complex gas processing units at compressor stations Product Description popup.authors
