Experimental researches are conducted on the experimental setting of band conveyer with the different constructions of drums Mathematical models that describe co-operating of conveyer ribbon with the new construction of drums taking into account the action of the dynamic loading in transversal direction of moving of ribbon are first worked out. The indicated models allow to define the terms of transversal motion of ribbon and offer solution on providing of her само to centring on drums. Analytical dependences that describe the dynamics of co-operation of conveyer ribbon with drums and centring rollers are first got, and also allow to define the power and kinematics parameters of process of moving and centring of ribbon. The indicated dependences are used for planning of drums of new construction, where the provided appearance of transversal centring force is. It is set that the parameters of curvature of butt-end areas of drums for providing of the reliable centring of ribbon depend on cylindrical inflexibility of ribbon. Expressions are first offered for determination of radiuses of curvature of butt-end areas of drums for гумотканинних and ribbons depending on their mechanical properties and geometrical parameters.
