The subject of the research is methods and models of the access distribution to information resources and their protection against the external negative informational influence. The aim is providing of the guaranteed complex information protection level of sociotechnical systems operating under external negative influences by the methods and models development for the information resources protection. Research methods were based on the using of the system analysis, the conflict theory, the fuzzy set theory, the probability theory and mathematical statistics. The results of the research, purpose of which was to provide a guaranteed level of complex information security of socio-technical systems (STS), which operate under conditions of external destructive influences by designing methods and models for complex protection of information resources in information warfare are presented. The conceptual model of information influence systems, which formalizes the subject-object interaction and can be used as the implementation of special information-psychological operations (IPO) and protection from it, is development. Method (F [lexible] C [ombined] - method) of complex information security management of STS characterized by the ability to use both statistical data and expert estimates, presented in the form of fuzzy sets, is designed. The mathematical model for information counteraction of the destructive influences organizing is designed, those allow to implement efficient protection system from IPO and consider sources of impact and IPO implementation mechanisms. The methodological framework of the theory of information warfare performance was proposed, namely the classification of information viruses, those are intended to damage both technical and social components of STS. The concept of meme-programming, which aims to optimize the process of special information operations performance, was proposed. The method of STS evaluation information durability in information war and the method of countering destructive information impacts which consider the stages of created memes life. The counteraction is implemented by outrunning and compensating memes. Also generalized mathematical model for evaluation and maintenance of complex multilevel STS information security was proposed and the informational model of multilevel informational analytic center of complex informational security management. The technique for the STS complex information security management was developed in information warfare.
