The paper in the scientific aspect of mathematical models of radio sensors, pressure, humidity, gas concentration and temperature based on nonlinear equivalent circuits that allowed us to obtain a conversion function and sensitivity equation proposed devices.Developed physical and mathematical models to describe static and dynamic characteristics of microelectronic sensors, pressure, humidity, gas concentration and temperature. The analysis of the physical processes that occur in bipolar and field effect transistor structures with negative resistance under pressure, humidity, gas concentration and temperature. A design element theory tenzo-, moisture- and gasreactive effects in the field and bipolar semiconductor structures underlying mathematical models proposed frequency sensors. A modeling study tenzo-, moisture and gasreactive effects in the field, bipolar and bipolar field effect transistor structures with negative resistance using the software package Matlab 7.11 using PSpice models of bipolar and field-effect transistors. The results of model studies have high convergence of results obtained using the developed mathematical models of radio sensors, pressure, humidity, gas concentration and temperature.
