And growth potential use of branding in agriculture. The aim is to develop recommendations that can improve the efficiency of domestic business entities in market conditions. For this supposed solution of following tasks: to identify the main determinants that influence the regulation of the agricultural sector of the economy; identify and analyze the main causes of unobservable economic processes in market conditions; improve methodological and methodical approaches to combat dysfunction in the agricultural sector; justify methodological approaches and develop recommendations to improve the efficiency of the domestic market agents present market environment. The subject of research is theoretical and methodological approaches to combat social and economic dysfunction, resulting in postreformenomu stage of agrarian society in Ukraine. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research was the theory were contracts, institutional change, government regulation of the economy, agency, labor representatives of domestic and foreign scientific schools on combating dysfunction occurring in the market environment. During the writing operation, the following basic methods and techniques: a retrospective analysis (the analysis of existing theories contracts, government regulation, and others.) structural and logical generalization (when making a theoretical synthesis of materials); statistical groupings and averages (in identifying trends in the main socio-economic indicators that characterize the essence of studied problems); induction, deduction and system analysis (in the formulation of general algorithm counteracting no observable economy); graphical method (used to illustrate the results of structural logic, phenomena and processes occurring in the domestic agricultural society) and inteoriyi institutional change, government regulation of the economy, agency, contracts, labor representatives of domestic and foreign scientific schools to combat the unobserved economy. Theoretical and practical result is the study of approaches to improving market environment in terms of unobservable economic processes taking place in the agricultural society. The main methodological approach of improving counter unobserved economy is the identification of a basal role of government regulation in the control system.
