The report presents the results of Institute of Marine Biology, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine research expeditions, carried out in the southern part of Hadzibeevsky liman on three transects (three stations in each): on the village Chebatarovka traverse, in the north part and in the limen area water discharge coast cleaning station(CCS) "Severnaja" (total of 9 stations) . Samples were collected in the Gulf of Odessa August 2, 2016 - from Neftegavan port of Odessa to the water intake of sea water, in the direction in Kuyalnitsky Liman (7 sections at three stations in each: at the edge of water to a depth of 1 m and at a distance of 250 m and 1000 m from the coast. The total distance between transects - 5 km, while the central section is located on the traverse of the discharge of water CCS "Severnaja" into the sea. Total sea samples were taken at 22 stations. In the central and southern parts of the Hadzibeevsky Liman 13 and 15 July 2016 carried out the work on the 9 integrated stations. Based on the study of water pollution and sedimentand, the spatial distribution of bacteria, unicellular and multicellular algae, meiobenthos and macrozoobenthos from the estuary and from the sea were estimated the preliminary environmental effects of accidental discharge of floodwater from Hadzibeevsky Limsn into the Black Sea coastal zone.
