Implementing support for graphics accelerators in a previously developed software tools for modeling large neuronal systems in the Grid, and this software to be used in the study of 3D hybrid chimera states in large systems of coupled neurons described by Kuramoto-Sakaguchi model in Ukrainian Grid infrastructure. Task: Increase of computing cluster performance chimera.biomed.kiev.ua by means of graphics accelerator implementation. The tools are developed for large neurosystems modeling in the Grid with enabled graphics accelerators. Results: performance of computing cluster chimera.biomed.kiev.ua has been increased. The tools for large neurosystems modeling in the Grid with enabled graphics accelerators were developed, chimera states in three-dimensional Kuramoto-Sakaguchi models were developed and the area of ?its existence on the plane parameters was built.
