The main scientific result is the formation of a new paradigm and conceptual frameworks of regional systems based on environmental imperatives and safety requirements. In the course of the project proposed development on a new forecasting model based on the level of emissions of pollutants entering the environment used for assessing the impact of man-made objects and determining admissible values of at diagnosis. The model of integrated economic and environmental business management in the region, which implies the need to harmonize environmental activities with its strategic and operational functions. Reengineering method of environmental management in the region was highlighted, based on the organization of work on forming a new environmental policy, staff training, environmental auditing, monitoring and certification that allows to form a stable eco - regional economic system.
