In the serum of patients with diabetes type 1, chronic incomplete fetus, myasthenia gravis, cirrhosis of different origin of this protein have been identified. The selectivity of the presence of the 48 kDa / Myo 1C in serum indicates people diagnostic appeal of this protein. We also obtained polyclonal rabbit antibodies to 48 kDa / Myo 1C.
