The result of the study. The author created a new concept which suggests that global religious processes influence on the processes of institutionalization changes which were in Greek-Catholic Church in Ukraine and abroad in the late XIX - early XXI. It is also one of the first attempts to complex historiographical analysis of the chosen topic research. Research results can be important for further theory development or for the improvement of practice. Training programs, guidelines, articles, PhD research on this topic can be used in writing generalizing works and textbooks on the history of Ukraine, history of religions, textbooks on specific problems of historical science, in popular science publications, in the Development of Practical Theories of Teaching, creating exhibitions in the museums.
