The products of halogeno- and thiocyanatoarylation were used as a bifunctional synthons for synthesis of heterocycles. The new organic compounds with functionalizing aromatic and heteroaromatic fragments were synthesized. These materials are promising in terms of creating new pharmaceutical (antimicrobial, anti-tuberculosis and anti-cancer) drugs, organic phosphors and effective modifiers of nanocomposite coatings.
