The calculated analysis is based on the mathematical models and methods of solution of nonlinear boundary problems of thermomechanics describing the non-isothermal processes of elastoplastic deformation as well as the enhanced mixed projection-mesh schemes of FEM of particular accuracy in the determination of stresses and strains. The values of strength and fracture strength of WWER-1000 RPVs as well as the header-to-PGV-1000 steam generator connector weldment of Ukrainian NPP units in the simulation of emergency and operational loading modes have been substantiated using the developed procedure.
