Risk factors for negative outcomes of postasphyctic lesions in term newborns who underwent therapeutic hypothermia were identified. During therapeutic hypothermia "favorable prognosis" corridors of cerebral oximetry parameters depending on the phase of therapeutic hypothermia were identified in term infants with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy to correct the parameters of cerebral hemodynamics using individual neuroprotective strategies. Clinical and ultrasonic features of cerebral fluid dynamics changes in children during the first five months of life were identified; various relationships between clinical manifestations of neurological dysfunction and neurosonographic patterns depending on the gestational age at birth were shown. Risk groups of hemodynamic disturbances in clinically asymptomatic term newborns were identified via electronic auscultation of heart sounds during the postnatal formation of hemodynamics with subsequent computer audiohram assessment and comparison to Doppler Echocardiography data. Risk factors of recurrent bacterial complications in children were studied; clinical course, etiological structure, sensitivity of etiologically significant pathogens to antimicrobial agents were determined, as well as mucosal resistance state of upper airways in children with bacterial complications of URI depending on their frequency. Efficacy of topical lysozyme for prevention of bacterial complications of URI were pathogenetically substantiated and proven in susceptible children population. The main risk factors for chronic gastroduodenal pathology in children with asthma were determined. Several predicting models based on clinical and laboratory parameters were developed to assess the risk of chronic upper gastrointestinal tract diseases (including destructive) in this group of patients.
