Objective: Creating a process control fundamentals of electromechanical energy conversion in the complexes to improve the energy efficiency of their work. The method of research - theoretical analysis of the process of energy conversion in the regulated electric energy converters, experimental research and modeling on the basis of mathematical models in the form of differential equations. The authors formulated the basic principles and approaches to the solution of the general fundamental problem of process control in electromechanical energy conversion complexes to improve the energy efficiency of their work. Authors create a new theory of the control of energy conversion processes - theory of management range of the magnetic field in the gap of the electric machine by forming a corresponding asymmetric or poligarmonichnogo power on the basis of information on the state variables. Created approaches will provide a significant increase in energy efficiency of electric work, as well as solving problems of energy resource. Theoretically substantiated the principle of compensation harmonic power and torque, caused by the asymmetry parameter and the presence of non-linearities in the parameters of the electric motors. The proposed criteria for the quality of energy transformation that form the basis of a mathematical apparatus for monitoring the state of the electromechanical equipment electromechanical systems. The use of quality indicators can significantly simplify the procedure of determining resource of electromechanical equipment and automation of the process by using monitoring systems equipped with computerized measuring and diagnostic systems. Economic efficiency is that the use of the complexes in the industry and public utilities will provide the effective management of energy conversion, energy solutions tasks and resources with significant economic benefit the main consumers received practical and theoretical results are enterprises of mining and metallurgical industry, transport, and others with saturated park complex technical facilities, higher education institutions and organizations that provide training and retraining of specialists in technical disciplines, research laboratories.
