Experimental data are given, received on the accelerator U-240 INR NAS of Ukraine The formation of 3H in three-particle reactions 3H (d, 3H) np studied at the energy deuterons Ed= 36.9 MeV. Obtained new experimental data on energy distribution of tritons in the reaction 3H (d, 3H) np in a wide energy rangeof tritons. The shape of the spectra modeled considering a simple binary quasi mechanisms and of experimental characteristics by using the Monte Carlo method . The structure of the spectra of tritium could be described, taking into account the processes of quasi free scattering of protons and neutrons, which are part of the incident on the target deuteron nuclei of tritium and processes of interaction between the neutron and proton in the final state, and consistent collapse due to resonance 4H * (Ent = 2 2 MeV, W = 3,4).
