For the first time: - elaborated the theoretical basis of the systematization of risks, definition of its subject-object structure, properties and functions, identification of risk factors regarding to ecologically oriented sectoral development, which allowed to determine of the risk - event (intendente) as preconditions of economic damages and entities losses by degradation and deterioration of the environment; - theoretically justified the conceptual model of adaptive management of risk-events in the socio-economic-environmental systems, which are based on a fundamentally new methodological principles of their development, established on the basis of past experience of the risk factors manifestation , non-linear unambiguous of process of ecologization and typing of binary relations (interactions) in the object of study. Have been improved: methodological principles and tools of preventive response of entities, encumbered by risk- events, which is consistent with the objectives of risk identification, consideration, assessment and management and the transition from a state of instability to ecologically oriented sectoral and regional development. Has been got further development: - theoretical determination of the objectivity of the risk categories, risk- factors and risk- events, which are based on inherent to sectoral economy factors of multidifficulty, open-mindedness, inertia, uncertainty and conflict; - evaluation of trends and regularities of formation of risk conflcting capacity at the global, national and regional-levels of environmental management, definition of objective and subjective factors of their manifestation; - theoretical and methodical bases of identification and systematization of the economic & ecological risks and threats at the sectoral, regional and transboundary levels, which allowing to identify, consider, qualitative assess, prevent or reduce risk impact in a wide range of issues of sectoral ecologization and to prevent conflict between economic and environmental objectives.
