The object of the study - patients with lesions of the aortic arch, were patients hospitalized in "NISSH. Amosov" from 1994 - till January 1, 2016. Purpose - improving the efficiency of surgical treatment of aneurysms of the aortic arch through the selection and optimization tactics and technology operations, based on a study results. Objectives: 1. To analyze the results of surgical treatment of aneurysms of the aortic arch. 2. Investigate long-term postoperative course, to identify patients with complications to analyze their clinical condition. 3. Identify communication difficulties with the methods of correction and original character pathology aorta. 4. Determine methods of operation which have provided the highest quality and life expectancy for long term monitoring. 5. Develop basic prevention of complications requiring surgical treatment in the remote period after correction of aneurysms of the aortic arch. 6. Identify indications and methods of surgery to correct complications remote period. Scientific value - the first time analyzed the long-term results of patients who had an aneurysm of the aortic arch during 1994-2016 years. Research methods - analysis of pre- and postoperative examination of patients, statistical data processing, data integrated echocardiography, phonocardiography, X-ray, echocardiography, angiography, magnetic resonance tomography and computed tomography.
