The work purpose – development of computational methods, determination of regularities and parameters of efficient division, a dehydration and power transformation of carbon-containing raw materials; development of mathematical models of processes in a fluidized bed and utilization of low-level heat energy, the choice and argumentation of perspective ways of utilization of low-level heat energy in the contact and the heat and mass transfer devices. Research techniques – theoretical and the experimental, mathematical and physical modelling, numerical and analytical. Research techniques of mathematical model of dynamic processes of an exit and determination of the steady vibroimpact conditions of oscillations of the polyfrequency screening machine are chosen and assessment of adequacy of mathematical model by comparison of the received results of calculation of parameters of oscillations of model of a screening machine with parameters of a screening machine MVG 1.0 is confirmed. The numerical computational method is developed and the discrete analog of the equations of mathematical model for carrying out of calculations of power transformation of carbon-containing raw materials and determination of rational parameters of the plasma reactor is constructed. Researches of thermodynamical parameters of process of processing of coal of low degree of metamorphism and mine methane are executed by production of the reducing environments. Assessment of economic efficiency of vapor-plasma gasification of coal is executed by production of synthetic engine fuel. The research of processes of high-temperature (T>2000 K) transformations of carbon-containing environments in the camera of the electric arc reactor is conducted and influence of parameters of heat and mass transfer for the period of the complete conversion of particles of coal is defined. Calculation of the main geometrical, heat and regime parameters of the 180 kW vapor-plasma module is executed. The design of the vapor-plasma module of the combined type is developed for thermal transformations of carbon-containing environments by efficiency of 60 kg/hr. The mathematical model of soaking of capillary cellular bodies is developed, it is shown that development of a saturation of pores by liquid significantly depends on wettability of a body and structure of a pore space. The mathematical model of processes of processing of solid fuel, wastage of coal preparation and water coal fuel in a fluidized bed is improved. The rational schematic decision on utilization of low-level heat energy of gas-piston units in which a mine methane is incinerated is developed. Mathematical models of non-contact heat exchange devices which allow to solve a problem of determination of parameters of a utilization system of heat energy in optimizational statement are developed. The mathematical model of thermal processes in contact heat exchange devices that considers motion of the continual environment is for the first time developed. The numerical-analytical model of a research of heat-hydraulic effectiveness of porous straight-flow steam generators in the transitional area of motion of the heat carrier at boundary conditions of the third kind is offered. Results of the work allow to create more complete theory and computational methods of processes and devices of division, a dehydration, thermochemical transformation and utilization of low-level heat energy during power transformation of the carbon-containing raw materials. Results of researches will be used for rational parameters determining of equipment in power engineering and chemical industry.
