The principal concept of the process of zoning areas of mining regions by homogeneous and konnektion featured are proved, which allows you to establish the relationship between different types of geological environments and environments of the same type when changing external factors and time. A list, location, parameters and the current state of Ukrainian technogenic and disturbed geological medium are defined and systematized . Registry and mapping model of all technogenic and disturbed medium by mining environments on the territory of Ukraine had created by the based on the analysis of the data. The dependence between the parameters of the extraction and processing (enrichment) of mineral resources and the state and the parameters of the existing tailings pond and waste dumps of Ukraine, the dynamics of their education and impact on the environment had defined. The classification of disturbed and man-made environments by the following features: the content of useful components, geometric dimensions, location and development of industry and infrastructure in the area of accommodation, existing and possible future ecological and industrial risks had developed, which makes possible to determine the main directions for handle with such environments. The adverse geomechanical, technological and natural processes, which are fixed on and below the surface of man-made and broken geological environments are researched . On the basis it to dependence of anthropogenic impact on the environment with the parameters of technogenic and disturbed environments. A mathematical model of a multicomponent determination of ecological and technogenic risks of mining regions, which takes into account the number of parameters and dangerous objects, their interaction with each other and the natural environment, changes in the properties of all the media and others. On the basis of modern ideas about the mechanism of action of the explosion on solid media evaluated the effectiveness of existing ways of blasting rocks, taking into account the effect of different gradient explosive load on their destruction and implemented range of research areas, aimed at improving the efficiency of the destructive action of the explosion. Investigation of fracture of solid media with raznogradientnoy load in the explosion will improve the efficiency of the explosion, reduce the amount of use of explosives and loss of minerals. Scientific and practical results allow to predict the changes in the properties and parameters of technogenic and disturbed mediums, calculate ecological and technological risks. Research Methods: field observations, laboratory and pilot tests, mathematical and computer modeling, technical and economic analysis.
