The subject of the research is represented by the major principles of legislative provision for legal relations between the state and youth in the context of the Association Agreement implementation between Ukraine and the EU. The project aim lies in the development of a scientific basis for the youth policy legislative provision in Ukraine in the context of the European legal norms implementation. The research results. The research paper has investigated the legislative provision of the youth policy in Ukraine. Evolutions of Ukrainian youth policy concepts and the EU concepts as well as other conceptual documents in the sphere of youth policy have been analyzed. There have also been summarized the major development tendencies of the youth policy legal framework in Ukraine. Major development stages of the legal framework have been investigated and main tendencies of Ukrainian youth policy legislative provision have been revealed. In the research work, there have been defined the major directions of Ukrainian-European legal cooperation in the sphere of the youth policy and its further development prospects. In the paper, there have been offered amendments to the bill “About youth”, namely to the article 23 “State institution of family and youth policy”. The next article “Youth centers” has been proposed to be considered as the article 24 with the further alteration of article numeration in the bill.
