New perspective alloys have been designed satisfying all requirements for EU coins including electrical conductivity: Cu22Zn2Ni0,5Al; Cu25Zn2Ni1Al; Cu-32Zn-7Ni-6Mn-0,2Al та Cu-32Zn-9,3Ni-4Mn-0,2Al. Mechanical properties and corrosion resistance in test environments have been studied for the elaborated alloys. The results were compared with those of known commercial alloys.
