The physico-chemical and technological bases for intensification of compaction and consolidation of these mixtures by an impact hot pressing in a vacuum is developed. It was established that the method of non-isothermal static hot pressing along with the intensification of densification and consolidation promotes conditions for forming a more fine-grained structure of heterophase ceramic materials based on nonmetallic carbides and nitrides, that is resulted in enhancing the mechanical and functional properties of high-strength, heat-resistant and impact-resistant articles.
