It was shown that Ti75,5Sn24,5 alloy is single phase while deviation from this composition leads to formation of two-phase alloys: Ti(10at. Sn)+Ti3Sn for alloys with lower Sn content and Ti2Sn+Ti3Sn for alloys with higher Sn content. Mechanical properties of Ti3Sn-based alloys were studied and their sensitivity to chemical composition was shown. Concentration dependence of yield strenght exhibits extreme character and reaches a minimum value 90 MPa for single phase alloy Ti75,5Sn24,5. Deviation from this composition leads to gradual increase of yield strength. Investigations with a use of dynamical mechanical analysis showed that Zr and Al additions cause increasing of temperature hysteresys, decreasing of martensitic transformation temperature, increasing of Young's modulus and decreasing of damping capacity.
