In HGP positions of historical and architectural supporting plan of the inhabited place are specified and go into detail with the aim of maintenance of traditional character of historical environment.Expected introduction. Development it is envisaged to inculcate in legislatively-legal documents ("Law on a guard and maintenance of immobile cultural heritage"), in-process public organs of guard of cultural heritage, scientific institutes, that engage in an exposure, research and restoration of sights, other establishments and organizations, specialists, researchers of a particular region.
