With a view to its study, from May 23 to June 6, 2017, a selective sociological survey was conducted of certain categories of police officers and cadets in higher educational institutions with specific training conditions for the training of police officers. The interactive computer forms of the questionnaires developed by composite author together with the structural divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine were placed in the integrated digital departmental telecommunications network of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for their further anonymous filling in by the survey participants. A total of 20951 police officers and 2511 cadets were interviewed. Conclusions and suggestions on the results of the survey are set out in the general scientific-analytical review.
