Information × Registration Number 0217U002719, 0117U001611 , R & D reports Title Radiation resistivity of the magnetic field sensors based on the graphene in neutron fluxes popup.stage_title Head Bolshakova Inessa, Доктор технічних наук Registration Date 17-08-2017 Organization Lviv Polytechnic National University popup.description2 At the first stage of the research work, actions were performed according to the calendar plan: a study of parameters of graphene sensors under normal conditions was carried out; a fixture for placement of studied grapehene sensors with the source of test magnetic field in the channel of nuclear reactor was developed and manufactured. The first batch of Hall sensors based on graphene two-dimensional electron gas, which was manufactured by the German partners, AMO company (Aachen), was investigated. Electrophysical parameters of sensitive elements of graphene sensors by van der Pauw method and Hall measurements were investigated, volt-ampere measurements were performed for estimating working and maximum permissible currents of graphene sensors, noise characteristics of graphene sensors were investigated. The manufactured fixture will allow: to place graphene sensors and the source of test magnetic field in the channel of nuclear reactor, to provide power supply for the sensors and the coil of test magnetic field, to ensure the output of the signals of measurement of parameters of the sensors during their irradiation with neutrons, i.e. will allow to organize on-line investigation in conjunction with measuring electronics, software and Internet resource.
