The purpose of the work is to develop theoretical and methodological support for improving the infrastructure provision of the financial condition of corporate enterprises in the context of the risk of loss of solvency and justifying the list of procedures that are implemented in these conditions. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological foundations, methodological and practical aspects of diagnosing the probability of bankruptcy of corporate enterprises in the context of the risk of loss of solvency. Research methods - logical generalization, theoretical generalization, method of comparative analysis, system analysis, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, grouping method. The economic-mathematical model for assessing and analyzing the propensity of a corporate enterprise to bankruptcy is offered, recommendations are given on the valuation of the property complex of an enterprise in crisis conditions, an improved mechanism for the effectiveness of introducing measures to prevent bankruptcy of enterprises that have signs of willful bankruptcy.
