The parameters of the raw material base for the production of isostatic graphite are determined and the requirements for semi-finished "green" samples of isostatic graphite obtained at the pressing step are formulated. It was established that for the filler it is necessary to apply fired coke of the needle structure with an average size of 10 microns, and for the binder - high-temperature pitch, the way of filling the filler - vibromelin or jet mill, the way of mixing the filler with baking sheet - hot at 270 ° С, the method of pressing - hydrostatic in elastic forms with a density of samples not less than 1500 kg / m3 and high homogeneity. The rational composition of the press mix and the energy-efficient regulation of its pressing are determined. The physical, mathematical and numerical models of processes of burning and graphing of billets for isostatic graphite are developed. The dependences of thermophysical, electrical and mechanical properties of isostatic graphite blanks on the characteristics of technological regulations of burning and graphitization have been determined. Dependent on the influence of the overall dimensions of the workpiece on the parameters of the rules of their burning and graphitization. It is determined that the burning of billets from isostatic graphite requires high uniformity of the temperature field (low gradient field) and extremely low temperature rise rates, especially in the range of intensive residual gas separation. It is shown that graphisation of isostatic graphite also requires high uniformity of the temperature field. On the basis of numerical analysis it is determined that the equipment for roasting and graphisation of samples of isostatic graphite should provide the following conditions of heat treatment: the radial temperature drop across the workpieces should be no more than 3-5 ° С; Burning of isostatic graphite billets in diameter of more than 200 mm in Ridgamer's multi-chamber furnaces is impossible due to the long process duration. Therefore, it is necessary to use single-chamber furnaces with a fireplace or electric furnace, which provide a temperature gradient in the workpieces of no more than 10 K / m. On the basis of numerical and experimental researches, energy-efficient regulations for burning and graphing of isostatic graphite billets have been developed.
