Based on the model of magnetomechanical oscillations asymmetric in thickness of a rectangular bimorph element with free faces, the equation of sample oscillations is obtained, the position of the neutral layer for an asymmetric bimorph element is found. It is shown that at the output of the optical modulator in the form of a bimorph structure from the bismuth crystal of the yttrium iron garnet to gallium gadolinium, the amplitude of this angle due to the Faraday effect can reach 3 deg. for the fundamental mode of oscillations of a bimorph element.
