The goal of the project is to establish the patterns of evolution of the structure and physico-mechanical properties of polymer composites under the influence of severe plastic deformation in order to create the scientific foundations for new technologies for the production of functional or structural products. Methods of investigation - transmission and scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, dilatometry, dynamic mechanical analysis, hydrostatic weighing, impact test, mechanical tests, durometry, conductivity measurements. It is shown that ECMAE is an effective way of structural modification of polymeric materials of various architectures and opens new possibilities in the management of their morphology and properties. In particular, in the case of layered composites of thermodynamically incompatible polymers obtained by the FDM process and filler reinforced composites, ECMAE makes it possible to significantly improve their physico-mechanical properties. In polymeric fiber reinforced composites based on an amorphous-crystalline polymer, the creation of a biaxial orientation under the action of a simple shear allows the formation of an effective network of physical assemblies and solves the problem of adhesion between the filler fibers and the polymer matrix, which makes it possible to manufacture a new type of filled hybrid materials. The results of the research will allow us to further develop the scientific foundations of promising technologies for the production of functional and structural materials with controlled molecular orientation, morphology and size of structural elements.
