The analysis of the applied technological stages of the developed method of cryopreservation for spermatozoa of sturgeon fish makes it possible to assert about the decrease in the preservation indexes (S) and the efficiency (W) of the cryoconservation process. The preservation of deconservated sperm of different species of fish was evaluated and was frozen in previous years using a two-step cryopreservation method. The results correlated with the previous ones, indicate that the proposed dehydration-vitrification method and all the selected parameters of cryopreservation of the sperm of the fish species under study provide long-term storage of the biomaterial without changing the preservation indices.
