The purpose of the study The development of methods for the formation of high-quality relief micro-sized structures on the surface of polymeric and metal materials for the creation of ophthalmic devices of wide use. Research results A technological route has been developed to create the necessary technological base for the production of diagnostic microprisms. The technical characteristics of a special cutting tool and technological equipment for the manufacture of original matrices of microrelief structures have been determined. Control and measuring equipment and methods for controlling the parameters of microprism structures are developed. Original matrices and a batch of microprisms for the test polymer specimens were manufactured to study their parameters.
