Purpose: The study of the influence of different fields (magnetic field, deformation, X-ray radiation) on the change of structural and electrophysical characteristics of silicon for solar energy, as well as the search and establishment of the interconnection of electronic processes with nuclear spin dynamics in silicon with different isotopic content.Research methods: atomic force and magnetic force microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, secondary ion mass spectrometry, electronic paramagnetic and nuclear magnetic resonances, X-ray three-crystal diffractometry, physical and mathematical modeling.The kinetics of photocurrent recession in silicon crystals for solar energy (KSE) under the influence of a weak magnetic field (B = 0.17 T) and KSE with polymeric coatings is studied. It is shown that to improve the electrophysical characteristics and to prevent the degradation of the performance of KSE is possible by depositing on the surface of the KCE passivate polymeric films.The magnetic isotope effect was found in silicon crystals. The obtained results allow us to propose ideas for the creation and use of semiconductor silicon nanoscale structures capable of processing information in a quantum computer, where information storage will take place in the subsystem of nuclear spins.
