The purpose of the work is to systematize natural and anthropogenic factors to determine the components of the water balance (WBB) of the Ukrainian part of the Danube river basins, the Western Bug (Wisla) and the Desna subbase. The main tasks that will be solved during the implementation of this development are the following: development of settlement balance schemes of the Danube, Western Bug (Wisla) and sub-basin of the Desna River, which correspond to the new water-zoning zoning of the territory of Ukraine; calculation of the water resources in the settlement boundaries limiting the water management areas (UHF) of the Ukrainian part of the Danube River Districts, the Western Bug (Wisla) and the Desna subbase; the choice of limiting periods and the assessment of their water content for each major river in the Ukrainian part of the Danube River Districts, the Western Bug (Wisla) and the Desna subbasin; definition of the components of the balance within each IWP of the Ukrainian part of the Danube River Districts, the Western Bug (Wisla) and the Desna subbase; providing recommendations on the practical definition of the components of the water balance of the Ukrainian part of the Danube, Western Bug (Wisla) and Desna river sub basins.
