Don. The purpose of the work is to investigate the effect of LEDs of different wavelengths (PPF ratio - red / blue 1,3 / 1; 2,3 / 1; 4/1 and white) and intensity on the antioxidant system of in vitro plants. Methods of research: standard methods of cultivating plants in vitro in conditions of LED lighting with different combinations of light of different wavelengths. Determination of antioxidant activity (AOA) by reaction of 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylgidrazil (DPPH), superoxide dismutase activity (SOD), accumulation level of flavonoids and pigments. As a result of the research, it has been found that all variants of LED lighting change the work of the antioxidant system in the studied plants. So in a D. purpurea, the content of SOD and the amount of flavonoids increases with red / blue illumination in the ratio of 1.3 / 1 and 2.3 / 1. The reacts C. roseus to the LED illumination in the ratio of 2.3 / 1 activating the antioxidant system. In the A.lanata, the synthesis of carotenoids and flavonoids increases, in the third variant of illumination 4/1. The obtained data indicate that various variants of LED lighting actively influence the work of the antiradical system of the studied plants, which can be used to stimulate the endogenous synthesis of secondary metabolites and this is the subject of our further study.
