The role of the phenomena of endothelial dysfunction, immune toxic-metabolic disorders of the cell cycle of keratinocytes of dermatoscopic and dermatoglyphic changes in the pathogenesis and clinical course of neurodermatitis, ichthyosis was studied. The obtained data were used in the development of schemes for complex corrective therapy of patients. Implemented pathogenetically based complex treatment methods are effective, easy to use, simple, economical, without complications, significantly reduce the duration of patient therapy in hospital, extend clinical remissions of dermatoses, improve the quality of life of patients and can be widely used in various conditions of practical dermatology to improve the effectiveness of medical- social rehabilitation measures in patients with chronic dermatoses.
